Summary

Runway 3 helps you estimate private charter flights and request formal quotes. We collect only what we need to provide the service—such as route, dates, time preferences, passenger counts, and your contact details for quotes. We do not sell your personal information. You control your data and can request access or deletion at any time.

Scope

This policy covers the Runway 3 iOS app and any websites or services that link to it (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account & contact. Name, email, phone, and company (if you choose to share them).
  • Trip details. Departure/arrival airports, dates, time preferences, passenger count, luggage notes, and selected aircraft classes.
  • Quote requests & messages. Any information you include when requesting a formal quote or contacting support.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & app data. Device model, OS version, app version, language, and general interaction events used to improve performance and reliability.
  • Approximate location (optional). If you enable location, we may use it to suggest nearby airports. You can disable location at any time in iOS settings.
  • Push notification tokens. To send status updates about your quotes. You can opt out in iOS settings.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
  • Generate flight estimates and route options.
  • Process and fulfill formal quote requests with operators/partners at your direction.
  • Send operational communications (e.g., quote status) and respond to support requests.
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks, and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

  • Service providers. With vendors that host data, send emails/notifications, provide analytics, or help us support the app. They are bound by confidentiality and only use data on our instructions.
  • Operators/partners (at your request). If you ask us to obtain formal quotes, we share trip details necessary to source pricing and availability.
  • Legal, safety, and corporate events. If required by law or to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar event.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Notifications. Manage in iOS Settings → Notifications.
  • Location. Manage in iOS Settings → Privacy → Location Services.

Requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data by contacting us (see Contact). We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.

Security & Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Quote-related records may be retained for business and compliance needs.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
